How to Request a Receipt


Need a receipt? It’s easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Our Customer Support
    Send your request to support@documentgenius.com.

  2. Email Subject
    Use “Request for Receipt” as the subject line. This helps us process your request faster!


Once we receive your email, we’ll get started on your request right away.
